The client approached Buildtech looking for a bright, spacious addition to their home. This project included a flat roof rear extension featuring skylights, horizontal windows, large double doors, trocal roof finish, paving, light landscaping, heating, and LVT flooring. Special care was taken with the energy rating of the extension to ensure the home’s high BER rating of A3 was maintained.
