The client approached Buildtech to fully renovate and upgrade a 5 bed detached house in Dublin 15. This project included the installation of wall and attic insulation to enhance energy efficiency, a new kitchen, and three modern bathrooms incorporating the latest in style and functionality. The works also included a high-efficiency heat pump and Solar PV panels, reducing the home’s carbon footprint and energy costs. New windows and doors were fitted throughout to improve insulation and security, while a new porch, conservatory, skylights, and balcony were added to enhance living space and natural light.
