The client approached Buildtech looking to open up the rear of their property with more living space and better access to the garden. This project included a 25sqm rear extension with a new kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony decking area to the rear garden. Buildtech managed the full project from design through to handover using our design and build approach. The result is a brighter, more open home with a seamless indoor to outdoor living space, delivered within budget.
